Where our Passion Started
We started as a small non-profit with the desire to help vulnerable adults in the community.
From the beginning we saw the need for additional support in the community and joined the small but growing circle of payees in the county.
We now have offices in Spokane, Clarkston, and the Tri Cities.
We’re Here When You Need Us
We welcome walk-in clients on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
For visits on Mondays, Wednesdays, or Fridays, please schedule an appointment by calling our office at (509) 241-8125.

What is a representative payee?
A Representative Payee is a person or agency appointed by Social Security, the VA, or Office of Personnel Management to assist with benefit managment on behalf of an individual who is unable to manage their finances independently.
This ensures that basic needs — such as food, clothing and housing— are met and state and local benefits are maintained.
Who can benefit from payee services?
Our services are especially helpful for individuals with physical, intellectual, cognitive and mental health challenges, or seniors who need support managing their monthly income.
These clients specifically include those who do not have an available family member or other person wiling and/or able to assit them navigate the financial and benefit services available.

We are open to walk in clients on:
Tuesday and Thursday from 10 am to 4pm
Monday, Wednesday and Fridays by appointment only.
